A. With the free plan, you can generate around 60 images using the 100 credits given upon signup. By participating in surveys and other events, you can receive up to 400 additional credits for free. You can also create a team on the free plan, with up to 2 team members. Paid plans are monthly subscription products. Each month, credits are provided according to your plan type and reset monthly. The three paid plans — Basic, Plus, and Pro — allow you to invite up to 3, 4, and 5 team members respectively. If you need higher monthly limits, you can upgrade your plan or purchase expansion packs.

A. After signing up and logging in, a default team is automatically created. Click the team name in the top menu to access team settings, where you can search for users and invite team members. You can also create a new team by clicking the Add Team button and entering a team name. When creating a team, you may invite members or increase team capacity by purchasing expansion packs.

A. You can view usage for each team in the team settings. Only team owners and administrators can access this information, including generation history, daily usage records, and payment history.

A. Expansion packs are paid subscription products that increase monthly usage limits and add team members, regardless of whether you are on a free or paid plan. There are three types: Simple Pack, Image Pack, and Video Pack. Regardless of capacity, each pack adds one additional team member. For example, if your team is limited to 3 members and you subscribe to two Simple Packs, your team size expands to 5 members. You can adjust expansion packs based on your usage needs and required team size.

A. Expansion packs can be selected during team creation or by clicking "Change Plan" in the team settings. In the Change Plan screen, you can view your current base plan and expansion packs, and selectively purchase Simple, Image, or Video Packs based on your monthly limits and team size needs. You can also add or cancel (reduce) existing expansion packs through the same Change Plan option. All expansion packs follow a co-term policy, sharing the same billing date as the team subscription. If purchased immediately, you receive a full month of credits regardless of remaining days, but credits do not roll over. If you prefer, select "Apply from next month." Cancellations (reductions) take effect starting the next month.

A. Click the credit amount displayed on the right side of the top menu to view your current team subscription. At the bottom of the plan description, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription. You may also click the "Cancel Subscription" button at the top right of the subscription description. If you have requested an upgrade, clicking "Cancel Subscription" once will cancel the upgrade request. Clicking it again will cancel your current subscription. Subscription cancellation is processed on the next billing date. For example, if your billing date is the 10th of each month and you cancel on May 20, the subscription will be canceled on June 10.

A. According to the terms of service, if you request a refund within 7 days of purchase without using any credits, the refund will be processed automatically.
