Getting Started

Welcome to XBRUSH.

XBRUSH is an AI-powered creative platform that turns a single line of chat into images, video, and music. You can generate, enhance, edit, and publish — all from the browser, with no design skills required.

This page is here to show you, in one pass, what each top menu is for. Detailed instructions for each feature follow in the guides linked from every section.

ℹ️ Before you begin

  • Open Studio can be browsed without logging in. See what people are making before you create an account.
  • Workspace, Social Media, and Apps are available after you log in. Joining a generation in Open Studio also requires login.
  • Generation consumes credits. You get 100 credits at sign-up, and failed generations are never charged. When you join a session in Open Studio, generations are charged to the host's (the team that opened the session) credits, so none of your own are spent.

🏠 The Home Screen and Top Menu​

The first screen you see at xbrush.ai before logging in. Showcase cards and the model strip sit at the top, and "Say it, it gets made." comes with Start free and Watch Open Studio. At the top right are Pricing, the language switch (EN), Log In, and Start free.

Menu names follow your language setting (the EN / KO button at the top right). The table below lists the menus in the header after you log in, in order.

On the right side of the logged-in header are Team Credits, the mail icon, the team switcher (for example [FREE] My Team ▾), Upgrade, and your avatar. Upgrade opens the pricing page.

ℹ️ Recipes, Quick Start, and Pricing appear in the top menu only while you are logged out. Logged-out visitors see Recipes · Quick Start between Social Media and API, and Pricing at the top right. After you log in they drop out of the header, but the features stay available:

  • Quick Start · Recipes — the See all quick starts and See all recipes buttons on the Workspace home, or the Quick Start and AI Recipes links under Resources in the footer. See Workspace AI Agent for details.
  • Pricing — the Upgrade or Team Credits button at the top right, or the Pricing link in the footer.

⚠️ Apps is not shown in the header right now. The Apps page itself still works: while logged in, open xbrush.ai/tools directly. See the Apps guide for details.

👤 IP Market — being rebuilt​

The IP Market page today. Under "IP MARKET · REBUILDING" it reads "A market for creators' work", with Start free and Apply as a creator partner buttons and a carousel of model thumbnails on the right.

IP Market is being rebuilt as a market for creators' work: creators list their work, and buyers license it. Until it reopens, the page only explains what is coming; the earlier sidebar (Models · Explore · Cinema · Talk To You · Model Registration · My Asset) is not available.

ℹ️ The earlier IP Market features — Cinema, Talk To You, and Model Registration — are no longer on xbrush.ai, so their guides have been removed.

🛠 Workspace — available after login​

Workspace is the core space where the actual production happens.

Its defining feature is the AI agent. Instead of hunting through tools one at a time, you describe what you want in plain language and the agent generates and edits images, sound, and video for you, chaining together whatever steps are needed. A single instruction like "cut this out, put it on a white background, and add a caption underneath" runs end to end. Each conversation is saved as a session.

That conversation can also be held together with your team. Teammates join the same session, add their own instructions, and see the results in the same place.

Images (generate, edit, outpaint, background removal, upscale, layer separation), video (generate, LARP, AI edit, upscale), and audio (voice, music, sound effects, lip sync) are all handled here.

🔒 Workspace is available after you log in. To see what it's like first, Open Studio below lets you watch the same AI agent at work with no login at all.

🌐 Open Studio — try it without spending your credits​

"The studio is open. Watch the work as it happens, create together for free." Under the Enter button are "Watching and joining are free — your credits are never charged." and "Official studios: 1,500C free a day (Pro: 5,000C)". A featured session sits on the right, and the sessions below can be filtered by language (All · 한국어 · English).

Open Studio is the fastest way to experience XBRUSH.

It is a shared studio open to everyone. It carries the very same AI agent as Workspace, and browsing needs no login — before you create an account you can see exactly what instructions people give and what comes back.

Joining a generation does require login, but not a credit purchase. Participants' generations are charged to the credits of the host who opened the session, so not one of your own credits is spent. Think of it as a sandbox where you can give the instructions yourself and see what XBRUSH's AI agent produces — without entering any payment details.

Each participant does have a daily credit allowance. In the official studios (the Official sessions run by Lightweight) it is 1,500C a day, or 5,000C on the Pro plan. How much is left today shows under the input box, and once it is used up, try again the next day.

Open Studio session

A session as a logged-in participant sees it. In the same conversation feed as Workspace, participants' instructions, the agent's replies, and generated results stream in live, and the note under the input box says guest generations use the host's credits. The top bar shows the spectator count, participants, and the credits left in this session.

Once you enter a session, you can see exactly what everyone else is asking for and how. Which engine the agent chose and why, what happens if you switch to a faster one — it all plays out in the conversation, so you pick up the workflow far faster than by reading a manual.

ℹ️ Your own team's sessions can be made public in Open Studio only while a team admin keeps Allow public sessions turned on under Team Settings › Team Info — see Team.

📣 Social Media — available after login​

Social Media lets you publish and manage your results directly on social platforms.

Connect an account once and images and videos made in Workspace go straight out — no downloading and re-uploading — and you can track what was posted where and when from a single place. Seven platforms can be connected today, and LinkedIn and Pinterest are coming soon.

🧩 Apps — available after login​

Apps collects frequently used single-purpose functions into standalone tools.

For jobs with one clear goal — background removal, photo enhancement, erasing people or objects — you just upload a file and get the result. Where Workspace is for combining multiple steps and tuning the details, Apps takes the shortest path to finish one task.

🔌 API​

API exposes XBRUSH's features so external services can use them, and this screen documents how.

Image and video generation, editing, and utility functions from Workspace can all be called via API. Requests are asynchronous: you submit a job and poll until it completes. Charges are drawn from team credits, and the results also appear in your Workspace. The API key needed for authentication is issued from team settings.

🤝 Creator Partners​

The Creator Partners page, opened from Creator Partners (marked New) in the top menu.

Creator Partners (CPP) is XBRUSH's support program for creators. Choose the default CPP track — six months of the Pro plan at 12,000 credits a month, early access to new features, a private Discord channel, and a showcase spot — or Collab, per-project work with a flat production fee. There are no posting obligations, but posts made with XBRUSH's support must disclose it. Season 1 closed on September 23, and applications for Season 2 are open.

💳 Plans and Pricing​

Open the pricing page from Upgrade at the top right (logged in), Pricing (logged out), or the footer. There are four plans — Free · Basic · Pro · Max — and annual billing gives you 2 months free.
