My Profile
Summary: From your XBrush profile, you can change your profile image and nickname, manage published images, and check review statuses — all in one place. Access it via the user icon in the top navigation bar.
What Is My Profile?
My Profile is the public page for your XBrush account. It lets you update your profile image and nickname, and manage the content you've published. You can also see the total number of likes and imitation generations that other users have made from your posts.
How to Access Your Profile

User menu
- Click the user icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click "View Profile" from the dropdown menu.
- You will be taken to the profile page.

Key information available on your profile page:
- Profile Image: Your profile photo as displayed to other users
- Nickname: The name displayed in the community and on posts
- Imitation Generations: The number of times other users have generated imitations based on your published images
- Likes: The total number of likes received on your published images
- Publication Status Tabs: View your images separated by tab — Published / Under Review / Publication Held

Changing Your Profile Image

Change profile image
- On your profile page, click the profile icon (the circular image area).
- An image change popup will appear.
- Select the image file you want to upload. JPG and PNG formats are supported.
- The image is applied immediately upon selection.
Recommended image specifications:
- Format: JPG or PNG
- Size: Square aspect ratio recommended (e.g., 256×256px or larger)
- File size: 5MB or less
Changing Your Nickname

- Click the nickname text below your profile icon.
- An editable input field will become active.
- Enter your desired nickname.
- Press Enter or click outside the input field to save.
Nickname rules:
- 2–20 characters
- Korean, English, numbers, and underscores (_) are allowed
- Nicknames already in use are not available
Managing Published Images
Checking Publication Status

Check publication review status
At the bottom of your profile, you can view and manage the status of images you have submitted for publication.
| Tab | Description |
|---|---|
| Published | Images that have passed review and are publicly visible |
| Under Review | Images awaiting administrator review after a publication request |
| Publication Held | Images that were rejected during review and set to private |
Publication Workflow
- Click the "Publish" button on the image creation screen → status changes to Under Review
- An administrator reviews the image against the terms of service and content guidelines
- Approved → Published (visible to the community) / Rejected → Publication Held
- Images with a Publication Held status can be revised and resubmitted
Deleting Published Images
To delete a published image or one that is under review, hover over the image and click the delete button that appears. Please note that deleted images cannot be recovered.

Other Account Information
- Subscription Info: Your current subscription plan and next billing date can be found on the Billing Page.
- Payment History: Past payment records are available on the Billing Page.
- Credit Usage History: View your per-task credit consumption history in Credit Usage History.
Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your XBrush account, follow these steps:

- Click the user icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll to the bottom of the settings page and click "Delete Account".
- Read the warnings carefully — all generated content, credits, and subscription data will be permanently deleted.
- Enter your password (or confirm via social login) to verify your identity.
- Click "Confirm Delete" to complete the process.
Before deleting your account:
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- All generated images, videos, and content in your workspace will be permanently removed.
- Any unused credits or subscription time will be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it first to avoid being charged again after deletion.
- If you are an Owner of a team, transfer ownership or delete the team before deleting your account.
