FAQ — Collaboration · Publishing · Styles · Policy · Support

Summary: A collection of frequently asked questions and answers about team collaboration, publishing, style (LoRA) training, policy/licensing, technical requirements, and customer support.

7. Workspace · Collaboration

Team invitations / permission levels (Viewer / Editor / Owner)?

You can invite team members by email address from the team management page. Invited members can share the team workspace and generated content. For detailed invitation methods and permission settings, see the Team Management Guide.

How do I share tasks/folders?

You can create folders in the workspace and share them with team members. You can adjust the access scope within the team through the folder's sharing settings. For detailed sharing methods, see the Workspace Guide.

Can ownership of assets be transferred?

Currently, ownership transfer of assets (images, videos, etc.) within the workspace is not supported. Team members can access and use the same assets through the team sharing feature. Feature requests can be submitted to contact@lightweight.kr.

8. Publishing · Community

What is the publishing visibility/review flow?

When you request to publish an image, its status changes to "Under Review." An admin reviews whether it complies with the terms of service and guidelines, then decides to publish or put it on hold. You can check the review status in real time from the publishing tab on the profile screen.

What are the rejection criteria and how do I resubmit?

Publishing may be rejected in cases of copyright infringement, inclusion of personal information, harmful content, or policy violations. You can check the rejection reason, correct the issue, and then resubmit. If you disagree, please contact contact@lightweight.kr.

How do I report or request deletion?

If you find an inappropriate post, use the report feature on that post or send the report details to contact@lightweight.kr. Deletion requests are processed after review. You can directly delete images you have published from the publishing tab on your profile.

9. Styles (LoRA) · Models

How many images are needed and what are the quality requirements for training?

Custom style training requires a minimum of 2–3 images; the more images provided, the more accurately the style is learned. Using images of the same style and art direction produces more consistent results; 512×512px resolution or higher is recommended. For details, see the Style Generation Guide.

How are portrait rights and personal information issues managed?

If you use a real person's face as training data, that person's consent is required. Generating images that infringe on others' portrait rights violates XBrush's terms of service and may result in account sanctions. For details on personal data handling, see the Privacy Policy.

What are the common causes of training failure and how do I fix them?

Training failures most commonly occur when image quality is low or styles are inconsistent. Using 5 or more sharp, stylistically consistent images increases the success rate. Maintaining a consistent image style and using images with simple backgrounds improves training quality.

Can I share styles with my team?

Yes, generated custom styles belong to the team so all team members can use them when generating images. After creating a style, you can select the team style from "Style Apply" > "Custom" tab on the image generation screen. For details, see the Style Generation Guide.

10. Policy · License · Commercial Use

What is the scope of permitted commercial use?

Images and videos generated in XBrush can be used for commercial purposes. However, this is only permitted to the extent that it does not infringe on others' portrait rights, trademarks, or copyrights. For the exact scope and conditions of commercial use, see the Terms of Service.

What content is prohibited and what are the sanction criteria?

Generating violent, sexual, or hateful content; infringing on others' portrait rights or copyrights; and creating deepfake content that spreads false information are all prohibited. Generating prohibited content may result in account suspension or permanent termination without warning. For detailed criteria, see the Terms of Service.

What is the data retention and deletion policy?

Generated images and videos are stored on XBrush servers and can be deleted by users at any time. Upon account deletion, all personal data and generated content will be deleted. For exact data retention periods and deletion procedures, see the Privacy Policy.

11. Technical Requirements · Compatibility

XBrush is optimized for the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. A stable internet connection (10 Mbps or faster), 8 GB or more RAM, and a modern GPU are recommended. Internet Explorer and older browsers are not supported.

What is the mobile/tablet support scope?

XBrush is accessible via mobile and tablet browsers (iOS Safari, Android Chrome). However, some advanced features such as the editor are optimized for PC and may be limited on mobile. A desktop or laptop environment is recommended for the best experience.

What should I be aware of in corporate/enterprise network environments?

Corporate firewalls or security proxies may block access to the service. Please ask your IT administrator to allow access to the xbrush.ai and xbrush.ai/docs domains. If connection problems persist, contact contact@lightweight.kr.
