Technical Support

If you encounter an error or issue while using the service, please contact us at contact@lightweight.kr. Including the following information will help us resolve your issue more quickly:

  • The screen or feature name where the problem occurred
  • The error message (screenshots recommended)
  • The browser and operating system you are using
  • Steps to reproduce the problem

Billing and Refunds

Billing inquiries are processed within 1–2 business days. Refunds are only available within 7 days of payment and only if the credits have not been used. When requesting a refund, please include the payment date, amount, and payment method.

Tax Invoice Requests

If you need a tax invoice, please send the following information to contact@lightweight.kr:

  1. Business registration number
  2. Business name
  3. Representative's name
  4. Business address
  5. Business type and category
  6. Contact person's email address
